It is a two-story townhouse with two bed-rooms and two bathrooms, a ready to use kitchen and a very spacious balcony. Two rooms and living/kitchen area have air condition units. A tricycle terminal is nearby (around 1 minute walk). Since it is the last unit, those with cars can conveniently park 2 cars in front of the gate. 5-minute car or trike ride to Robinsons Place Malolos and Mercury Drug Store.
