Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Haritomeni 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment.
