Recently renovated home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open Floor plan living/dining/kitchen area with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, wall mount pot filler, oven and microwave. Outside patio with propane grill, large table and Solo Stove fire pit and chairs. We are about 1 mile to Downtown Historic McKinney with lots of restaurants and shops. We are less than 1/2 mile to famous Hutchins BBQ!

Thank you for your interest in our home, located in McKinney’s historic district. The house was built in 1897 and is listed on the historic registry. Our family grew up in this home. Starting in 2013, we spent 4 years renovating and finding ways to incorporate original details into an improved layout. We think you'll enjoy many of the historic features which were restored.
