By offering you a private apartment inside our house, we give you not only a place to stay, but a possibility to experience our lifestyle. Ainutlaatuinen huvila järven rannalla

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Korvensilmä

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Ihanassa pienessä hirsimökissä on olohuone jossa vuodesohva kahdelle henkilölle, keittiö, pieni makuuhuone jossa on parivuode. Sisältä löytyy puusauna. Pihalta löytyy siisti huussi, pieni hirsiaitta, jossa on kahdelle lisähenkilölle levitettävä parisänky, tulipaikka grillaukseen, laavu ja puumaja. käytössäsi on iso piha lammella jossa voi käydä saunan jälkeen viilentymässä. Myös lemmikit ovat mökillemme tervetulleita.

Tunnelmallinen piharakennus jokimaisemissa

Omalla pihalla ja terassilla varustettu piharakennus sijaitsee maaseutumaisella alueella Kymijoen varressa, Siikakosken kauniissa maisemissa. Tästä viihtyisästä kohteesta on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka palveluiden äärelle. Massiiviset kelohirret ja puupinnat tuovat tunnelmaa yläkerran makuu- ja oleskelutilaan. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

Ruokamarketteja, kuppiloita ja bussipysäkkejä on 500m puitteissa. VR Myllykoski rautatieasema 1km kävellen. Kesätapahtumien kalenteri löytyy Kouvolan sivuilta. Tykkimäki ja Käyrälampi n. 15km. Kymiring 25 km.

Mökkimäinen talo maaseudulla. Keittiö, olohuone, wc, sauna, pesuhuone, pukuhuone, eteiset. Makuualkovissa parisänky sekä olohuoneessa vuodesohva lev 136 cm. Tilat soveltuvat 1-2 aikuiselle sekä lisäksi mahtuu 1-2 lasta. Huomioi: Lemmikit ovat sallittuja, mutta niiden määrä tapauskohtaisesti ja niistä on ilmoitettava varausta tehdessä. Lähikaupunkien kohteisiin ajaa noin Helsinki 1.5 h, Kotka 45 min, Hamina 45 min, Lahti 1 h 10 min, Loviisa 40 min. Kouvolan keskustaan 40 min.

Country retreat at the ranch "Villa Monto d'Oro"

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

Stay North - Merimaa

Merimaa is a spacious seaside stay in Loviisa, offering room for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and light-filled common areas. Large windows frame views of the sea and forest, while a sauna, fireplace, and sheltered patio create space for gathering year-round. With direct access to the shore, a private dock, and a sandy beach, Merimaa is well-suited for time spent near the water, from boating and fishing to simply enjoying the fresh coastal air.

The beautifully renovated one bedroom apartment will serve you during your stay. The apartment has a sauna and a washing machine. The kitchen has just been renovated and is equipped with with modern equipment. The bedroom has twin beds and the living room has a double sofa bed. If necessary, a bed for a baby is also provided. The apartment has a beautiful décor and large windows to the evening sun. Welcome!
