Howdy!! You will have your own private entrance to a private bedroom and full bath + closet in our modern townhome in a gated community! This room is connected and shares a wall with the rest of our home. There is no Kitchen. We are within walking distance from Downtown, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Stadium, George Brown Convention Center, Houston's top Bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. We are extremely close to all the essential highways which means cheap Ubers to most places!

The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
