Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

Solar-powered water well and propane water heater for showers in the outhouse. Fire pit & firewood available on site. Limited solar power. *We are currently making improvements to our dock area.*

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). It is DUCK/DEER HUNTING SEASON, so please be aware you may hear gunshots on weekend mornings.
