Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

This cozy & spacious BASEMENT apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that's only 10 minutes to downtown Knoxville & UT, with access to restaurants & shopping. Only 45 minutes to the Smoky Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry room, private living room with 49" smart TV, and a kitchenette for light cooking. Unit has its own private entrance. Our family of 4 lives on the main floor upstairs. We'll be as quiet as possible during your stay, though you will hear us some if we're at home.

Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina.
