Your Home in Anchorage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our spacious house has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, and a large yard. You will easily accommodate up to 10 people in this space. We have 3 queen size beds, 2 twin size beds, and a couch that is convertible to a full size bed. Large families and groups will still find a lot of room for separate activities. Your family can even watch 2 different movies in 2 separate living rooms after a long day on the trails.

Located minutes from Ted Stevens International Airport and near the Lake hood dirt strip. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the deck while watching float planes come and go from Lake Hood, the largest sea plane base in the world. It' short walk to Earthquake park and the Cook Inlet. It doesn't matter whether you are going North or South from Anchorage the house is perfectly located.

McKenzie Place is located 5 minutes from Anchorage International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Midtown area. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Close to airport and Kincaid Park trails, enjoy panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains from the great room or the wrap around deck. The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. We are located 5 minutes away from the heart of downtown Anchorage, in Government Hill. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is a perfect stay for downtown activities, train arrivals/departures and military base access. This home is equipped with a washer and dryer and full kitchen. There is an outdoor space to enjoy the midnight sun, a park across the street, and several walking trails in the neighborhood. Home access has your own private key pad entrance and 2 parking spaces.

5 min walk to Flattop Trailhead! Aurora! Sauna!

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.
