This is a stunning 18th Century 5* luxury holiday resort, comprising of 1 x 6 bedroom / 3 bathrooms and has a recently completed state of the art indoor swimming pool complex with temperature controlled water, large sauna and a jacuzzi. My place is close to lovely lakes and parks, you can discover art and culture and is near the medieval town of Lassay la Chateaux. My place is amazing for families with children as there is a Go Karting track nearby and plenty of other things for them to do.

La maison d'Apolline

La maison d’Apolline est une petite demeure de charme située à Lassay les Châteaux, à 2 km du château de Lassay et à 15 km de Bagnoles de l'Orne Normandie (15 minutes en voiture). La maison est composée d'un rez de chaussée (entrée, mezzanine, salon, partie repas et cuisine) et d'un étage (chambre et salle de bains) entièrement équipés et proposant une connexion wifi gratuite. L'escalier métallique est central. La décoration est soignée. L'équipement est plutôt haut de gamme.

Situated within a 200 year old farm, (now non working) overlooking the Mayenne valley and located in the region Pays de la Loire. This is an ideal base for those seeking walking or cycling holidays in wonderful countryside or as a base for day tripping to Mont St Michel and Normandy Beaches to the North or to the vineyards of Vouvray and Chateaux's of the Loire in the South.

Au Rdc : pièce de vie équipée d'un four, d'une gazinière, d'un réfrigérateur, cafetière à filtre, bouilloire. A l'étage : chambre avec un lit deux personnes, salle de bain atypique avec baignoire sabot, lavabo et WC. ( sèche cheveux) Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Le gîte comprend une pièce de vie, une cuisine avec four, plaque vitrocéramique, lave-linge, réfrigérateur-freezer, bouilloire, machine à café, grille-pain, 1 salle de bain avec WC au RDC et deux grandes chambres en enfilade à l'étage. Le logement est équipé du Wifi et d'une télévision. A l'extérieur, vous trouverez du mobilier de jardin, un barbecue, un jacuzzi abrité. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé. Il est possible d'y stationner des voitures.

The property is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute cycle to two villages both with all amenities, including delicious bakeries.
