We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, rustic and freshly remodeled cabin. Located right off the Archbold turnpike exit just miles away from Sauders village. Enjoy staying inside by the cozy fireplace, 10 acres of wooded property along the tiffin river, direct access to fish the river, and enjoy miles of Scenic views with direct access to the Cannon-Wabash Bike and Walking trail! Room for plenty of guests with 3 bedrooms one king, two queens and a pull out couch.

We renovated the house with a modern kitchen, laundry room, new bathroom with spacious shower, new bedrooms with plenty of closet space, secure parking and new sidewalks. Close to historic weekly country market, Hillsdale College, bike trail, lakes in historic town. The North Country Trail and the Baw Beese Trail are closeby, as is Baw Beese Lake, Lost Nation State Game Area and the St. Joe River.

Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
