My place is a private Unique large space in the lower part of a duplex Modern Art Deco Building located in the East village. I your Host and owner will be there to greet you and also will be present during your stay, but you will have total privacy and all the comforts you need during your stay (TWO GUEST MAXIMUM) ... Walking Distance to Tompkins Square Park, Mass Transit (L Train), Citi Bike Station, Trendy Restaurants & Bars. [Two guests maximum], no infants or kids under 12.)

Studio apartment in historic rear building close to 2 ferries and Path train to Manhattan (7 minute walk to the Path, 4 minutes to each of the ferries). Located in a quiet rear building in the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood, this apartment is on the 1st floor (the owners live on the top two floors). The apartment has a full kitchen and wifi, and is entered through a lovely courtyard garden that guests can enjoy in good weather, which has chairs and a picnic table.

This is an authentic, hand-built E Vill loft in a small, 2-family building. You will find nothing else like it in the neighborhood.
