A beautiful, peaceful and self-contained guesthouse set within the grounds of our 13th century cottage. The guesthouse is set in a quintessentially English village, within easy walking distance of the traditional pub, with its lovely garden, and the village shop and post office. There are fantastic country walks. The surrounding Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers many beautiful landscapes. Ideally located for The Dunsfold Aerodrome, Goodwood and lots of wedding venues.

Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
