Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access.
