This new construction, Lake Martin cottage is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The backyard and fire pit nestle up to a quiet, wooded area. Our home is a short drive to a grocery store as well as a few restaurants and a 40 min drive to Auburn; making this a prime location for Auburn fans and lake bums alike! Please note that we are not lakefront.
