Quarto Pirica, stunning suite on Sintra mountain

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Die Quinta Avalon befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönsten Strände, die die Algarve zu bieten hat, nahe dem traditionellen Dorf Porches, zwischen Portimão und Albufeira, in einer malerischen Landschaft. Entspannt euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Solltet ihr allerdings Probleme mit der Anwesenheit von Hunden und Katzen haben, so würden wir euch eher von einer Buchung auf unserer Quinta abraten, da sich alle unsere Tiere frei auf unserem gesamten Gelände aufhalten.

Suite totalmente independente, com wc privado. A cozinha é partilhada com mais dois quartos, jardim e piscina. Cozinha equipada com frigorifico, micro-ondas, chaleira, torradeira, forno eléctrico, uma placa com dois bicos a gás, maq. Nespresso, mesas e cadeiras para refeições. Existe uma churrasqueira partilhada com 2 quartos. Pequeno almoço incluido entre junho e setembro. O alojamento não é adequado para bebés ou crianças pequenas -5 anos de idade. Importante: ler regras da casa.

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.
