Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. When spending time watching the birds & the bees, enjoying leisurely cups of tea, chatting on the balcony was part of the day. Surrounded by trees, you see another side of Goa. Yet you are literally 5 mins away from the party hub of Goa.

The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.
