Located on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia we are close to the most stunning beaches in Australia & a short drive to the worldclass McLaren Vale wine district. Our cosy beach retreat getaway is an incredible all-year round stay for up to six, and just a minute to the Aldinga Beach and Scrubs Conservation Park with native wildlife, kangaroos and walking trails. Enjoy the in-ground pool, large under cover entertainment area or simply chill on the front porch! A stay at the Kanga Beach Haven will provide great memories at this unique family-friendly place. A secure dog-friendly beach home to enjoy. Suited for up to 2 big dogs - but no cats thankyou!

We look out over the expansive Aldinga Scrub Conservation Reserve where the kangaroos hop and kookaburras laugh! 400m to the famous Aldinga drive-on beach. Beautifully styled throughout, luxurious bed linens & towels, fully equiped kitchen including espresso machine & filtered water tap. Indoor & outdoor dining and lots of room to relax, 2 separate lounge areas (both with televisions). Off-street parking for 3 cars.

Maunder Cottage Aldinga Township

We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.

The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
