It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. Zona muy tranquila y con mucha paz
