Your 2 story completely private wing with separate entrance includes 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs. Upstairs is a large open room with fireplace, sofa bed and large deck with views of ABQ below. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.

Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. The home was built 1973 by Architect Bill Shelton, and the guest apartment was added in 1974 for his daughter. This home has been completely renovated. High vaulted wood beam ceilings & clearstory windows give the home an expansive & luxurious feel with lots of natural light. Blackout shades in the bedrooms ensures that daylight does not disturb your sleep. Decorated with a nod to the Orient, fully furnished, & fully equipped with central heat and A/C.
