Note: Not available during Grand Prix, not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues due to climbing hazards and stairs.

-- Please be aware there is construction work taking place nearby during working hours. The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.

Our place is close to Bay St, Beach and CBD. You’ll love the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place suits couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). There is a gym for use onsite, as well as a heated pool. The apartment is fully self contained and has everything required for cooking, eating, washing and cleaning. It's heated and air conditioned. We greet our guests with fruit, breakfast goodies, snacks and a bottle of wine (or two).
