This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

This place is located near the heart of Rochester, within blocks of St. Mary's hospital, very peaceful, cozy and private. A lower-level unit in an older home, plenty of windows and light, and includes a gorgeous bedroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, a reading room, and a clean, updated bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to whip up a meal and a dining room table to enjoy it. The living room has a big tv with plenty of room to stretch and enjoy. Also, a patio to enjoy the sunset or a meal outside.

This home is located in the heart of the historic Rochester, MN. Just a stones throw from the Mayo Clinic.
