Welcome to our cozy, enchanting cabin right on the edge of Middle Spunk Lake. Everyone who stays here leaves with a different outlook on life. Enjoy peace and serenity while looking out the bay window, down into the lake. During winter you can snowmobile, snowshoe, fish, or rent a sauna. You'll see local wildlife, the sun set, or simply watch others boaters cruise around. Go for a swim in this clean lake, go fishing off the dock, or walk down to the scenic Lake Wobegon Trail for an amazing hike.

Lilac Retreat is a peaceful 1-acre lakefront escape on pristine Big Watab Lake featuring a private wood-burning sauna, pickleball court, swim raft, kayaks, sandy beach, and lake views. Near St. Joseph, SJU, and CSB, this 4-bedroom home is perfect for family getaways and retreats. Unwind, reconnect, and enjoy Minnesota lake life. Licensed by Stearns County for a maximum of 8 overnight guests (10pm-7am) and 12 daytime guests (7am-10pm), including all adults and children. Limits strictly enforced.

Endless outdoor activities year round! This cabin has everything you need for a memorable, relaxing vacation! No detail has been overlooked.

Great fishing, beautiful sunsets, good times on the water during the summer. Get away with your family and enjoy the lake with all the luxurious amenities needed to work remotely including Gigabit high speed internet, dedicated workspace with a beautiful view of the lake. *Note - onsite hot tub is explicitly off limits per county ordinance.

Quaint modern cabin set in private woodland

Escape into the forest at the Ursa Minor cabin. Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Cozy Cedar Treehouse

Our space is a 30 x 12 cedar 4 season porch enhanced in boho decor with Earth's natural elements and warmth of a treehouse. Relaxing authentic Turkish globes surround you. Private sitting areas in the trees, perfect for grilling, entertaining or hanging low and watching the stars. Private courtyard for a more tranquil, intimate setting with a gas glass lit firepit. Come alone, bring your spouse, friend or child. It's a perfect spiritual retreat located 45 min west of MSP Airport.

Peaceful Getaway

Scenic and peaceful with a charming rustic cabin. Take a stroll through our enchanted forest on your way to the lake. The bridge will take you there! Once on the lake relax on our floating deck! Our sunsets are lovely, and nature surrounds you. We are located on Long Lake which has no public access so it’s very quiet. Bring your kayaks for some amazing bird and turtle watching. Feel like swimming? Fairly Lake beach is 4 minutes from the cabin! End your relaxing day around the firepit!

Stylle Hytte ///\ Northern Cabin Retreat

Our Nordic inspired A-Frame is known as the Stylle Hytte which is Norwegian for ‘Quiet Cabin’. Here you can take in 5 secluded acres of woods with trails winding down to the private riverfront. Only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy modern conveniences like WIFI (60mbps), smart TV, complete kitchen, full bathroom, a bedroom and loft both with queen beds, a cozy living room with a real wood fireplace and an outdoor electric barrel sauna. Calendars are open 9 months in advance.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Stoney Ridge Lighthouse

The lighthouse is located on 50 acres of wooded property on Rock Lake in central Minnesota (about 2 hours northwest of the twin cities). The 2,000 square foot lighthouse has seven levels, including the crows nest that is over 50 feet high, here guests can see over the canopy of the trees. It is a timber framed structure that includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We hope you, your friends, and family come to enjoy our property as much as we have over the past 30 years!
