A BBQ is available (please buy coals) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

La casita se sitúa a solo 10-15 minutos del mar pudiendo pasar días de playa en el Puerto de Sóller donde podrá disfrutar de todas las actividades que desee. Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
