We have two types of rooms; 4 Standard Rooms & 1 Suite Room with king bed (All air conditioned) An idyllic oasis where guests can relax in the common garden or sit outs and enjoy the waterfront with their families away from the bustle of their busy schedules. The property is about 250 Meters away from the ‘Kayipuram’ boat Jetty about 15 mins from Alappuzha town.

Two rooms are situated separately in the first and ground floor with two separate entrance. We are staying in the ground floor and we will be available 24/7. Our property is just 5 minutes walkable distance to Marari beach and one kilometer away from Mararikulam Market.
