Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!

Take a walk along the Alameda Point Shoreline path to the USS Hornet Museum. Nearby Alameda Beach offers a long open beach area with windsurfing and kiteboarding.
