Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Winter Pintes is a spacious, modern holiday home in Joiku Resort, completed in 2024 on the lakefront of Äkäslompolo. Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Huoneistolla on keskeinen sijainti, joten tavoitat mm. kaupat, ravintolat, safariyritykset ja välinevuokraamot helposti kävellen. Lentokenttä- ja junabussilla pääsee lähes pihatielle. Myös skibussipysäkit ovat yhtä lähellä. Huoneisto sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle ja toimii mainiosti myös mm. perheiden käytössä. Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Uusi uniikki, tunnelmallinen paritalomökki valmistui jouluksi 2023. Äkäsvilla on laatutietoisen lomailijan hirsimökki uudella Röhkömukanmaan alueella Äkäslompolossa. Mökki majoittaa 6 vierasta. Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen, rinteiden ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Olohuone/keittiön isoista pohjoisen taivaalle ulottuvista ikkunoista voit ihailla tunturimaisemaa ja iltojen pimetessä nähdä tähtitaivaan ja revontulten loimut. Rinteisiin matkaa 1,4km. Kauppaan 3km

Villa Syli

Nauti elämän helppoudesta rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa Villa Sylissä. Hurmaava mökki sijaitsee Äkäslompolon kylän sydämessä, 300 metrin päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja laduilta – silti omassa rauhassa metsikön keskellä. Juo aamukahvit terassilla ja rentoudu hiihtolenkin jälkeen saunan lempeissä löylyissä. Kansallispuiston polut ja talvella hiihtoladut alkavat aivan nurkan takaa. Tämä on täydellinen tukikohta niin seikkailijoille kuin rauhaa etsiville.

Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni vanhan porojen polun varrella oleva mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Villa Usva on kelohonka rivitalon päätyasunto (49+15 m²) keskeisellä paikalla, lähellä palveluita sekä kauniita ulkoilureittejä. Täälä vietät ihanan loman perheen tai ystävien kanssa. Alakerran avoin keittiö - olohuone luo tunnelmaa ja yhdessäoloa. Mökin tilavalla seisomakorkeudellisella parvella on sängyt kahdelle sekä alemman tason makuuhuoneessa yöpyy mukavasti kaksi aikuista. Laita illalla takka päälle, sauna lämpiämään ja nosta jalat ylös. Olet lomasi ansainnut.

Just 1 km from supermarkets, restaurants, and the lake, and only 100 meters from ski slopes and snowmobile routes, it’s perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Completed in autumn 2025, this 44 m² retreat features a warm living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom.
