The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Manor House Cottage is located in the small hamlet of Holme-On-Swale 7 miles from the market town of Thirsk which is known for its connection to James Herriott and within easy reach of North Yorkshires National Parks. Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

The Nook is surrounded by trees and feels more like a woodland retreat than a cottage, and is within 5 minutes’ walk of a lively high street. It can sleep up to 4 in the main house and 2 in summerhouse, dogs are welcome. There are two buildings to the property: the main house and the summerhouse. The main house has a well-equipped kitchen dining room, a large living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
