Newly completed, Swallows’ Rest lies in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. Originally a stable block on our family run farm, it has been lovingly transformed into a superbly appointed 3-bedroom holiday home. Swallows’ Rest has a modern open plan layout a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge and private garden that overlooks our meadow and stone circle. The spacious bathroom enjoys both a large low-profile shower and full-size bath. Exclusive fishing is available for two rods on our lake.

Cosy barn in Liverpool near Crosby beach

‘The Shippen’ is our barn conversion, which was once part of a small working dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. A ‘home from home’ for our guests, and many return to stay again.
