Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home in Coralville, Iowa. Coralville is 5 minutes from Iowa City. Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many restaurants. Your section of the home is private with a separate entrance. We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. The space is the perfect combination of old historic charm with a modern urban flair with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the front windows. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site.
