The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Die Sauna befindet sich im Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang durch das Badezimmer, mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon (südseitig) und einen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.

The ski bus stops 50 m from the house and takes you comfortably to the entrance to the 4-mountain ski area.

The apartment is located 3 km away from the ski resort of Schladming-Dachstein. It have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sofa bed, a bathroom with infrared cabin, a balcony, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The ski bus stops 50 m away from the House, the nearest supermarket is 500 metres away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and rafting.
