Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Located on a quite beach we are a short drive from all the amenities the Comox Valley has to offer. For foodies there are fantastic restaurants, local products, and farmers markets. For the outdoors person there is golf, boating, hiking, biking and in the winter we are only 45 minutes from Mt Washington Ski Resort. The interior of the house is beautifully furnished with comfort in mind.
