Ξεκινήστε τη μέρα σας με έναν καφέ στο γραφικό μας μπαλκόνι, απολαμβάνοντας την νησιώτικη ατμόσφαιρα και σχεδιάζοντας τις εξορμήσεις σας. Με δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας έως και 4 ατόμων, το σπίτι μας είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή φίλους που αναζητούν ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση μέσα στα όμορφα σοκάκια της Κύθνου.

Angel's Villa Sunset Kythnos

Angel’s Villa is located 3 hours from the port of Piraeus and just 1 hour and 40 minutes from the port of Lavrion . It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because for the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Παραδοσιακό ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 65 τ.μ. με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και πολύ κοντά στα γραφικά σοκάκια της Χώρας (3 λεπτά περπάτημα). Η απόσταση του σπιτιού από το Λιμάνι είναι 7 χλμ. ενώ σε σύντομο χρόνο μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στις παραλίες των Λουτρών (4 χλμ.), της Απόκρουσης (4 χλμ.) και της Κολώνας (5 χλμ.)

Το σπίτι είναι 40 τμ είναι ιδανικό για διακοπές και χαλάρωση. Έχει δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας 4 ατόμων. Το ένα δωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο έχει καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι ή δύο μονά ανεξάρτητα. Είναι ευάερο με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο.
