ECONUT FARMHOUSE Econut farmhouse is located on the Palani to Kodaikanal road, about 16 km before you reach Kodaikanal town. The farmhouse is conveniently located next to the road, yet hidden from view and private. It is in a quiet area with very few houses around, and in the midst of an organic farm. There is a panoramic view of the valley below, with the plains visible for about 200 km, on clear days. Our caretaker couple will attend to all your needs, including preparation of meals.

Akkandi Veedu is a charming boutique stay in the heart of Kodaikanal, offering four cozy villas with contemporary interiors and park views. Just 10 mins from the lake, it invites you to enjoy peaceful strolls at Chettiar Park right across. Tariff includes a homestyle 2-course South Indian breakfast (tea/coffee extra). There are two car parkings; if occupied, guests can park in front where ample space is available. Note: water heaters work only on EB power; UPS supports lights & charging.

Whispering Waters Artist Cottage

The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.

Sky House; cliffside Villa with view & orchard

Situated on 2.5 acres of orchard land, the house is quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Only 10 - 15 minutes from the main Town of Kodaikanal. Unobstructed views of Mount Perumal, Vilpatti Village and it's terraced farm lands, Waterfalls and the Palni Temple and plains. Perfect for remote working, families, couples or anyone looking to really switch off and be with nature in total privacy. My Caretaker can prepare all meals at a nominal additional cost. 💚

Arjuna's homestay!

Located near Anjeeveedu village 45 minutes from Kodaikanal town, this is a spacious 3 bedroom house with valley views. Please note the location marker on Airbnb is misleading, do not attempt to reach without inquiring with me. We are isolated when it comes to restaurants & alcohol shops, and the road leading to the property is not in good condition and needs to be taken carefully. However all models of cars/bikes can reach. Food is included.
