Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Art Barn

Relax in this beautiful and secluded rural haven. The Art Barn is a part of Tunningham Farm, a long established family home nestled in a dip in the landscape between two villages. Although not a working farm there are sheep, horses, hens ducks and various friendly dogs on the premises. The Art barn was created as an art studio, and is still used as such. Set in a large garden with fields behind and surrounding it, the Barn is the perfect place to rest, reset and refresh yourself.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
