Charming old house renovated with a lot of love has kept a touch of the past.An ideal choice for those who love authentic accommodation. The apartment is located on the entire second floor of the house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and terrace that belongs only to that apartment. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven, stove and enough dishes for 5 people. The apartment has air conditioning, LCD TV, radio, free wireless Internet access, iron, hair dryer. The apartment is decorated and customized to make our guests feel comfortable. On the terrace you can enjoy in the warm summer evenings, surrounded by greenery. Near the house there are shops, small stores with authentic homemade cakes, and just a few minutes to walk you to the local restaurants. Distance from the bus station and the pier for 2-3 minutes. Our guests we always welcome in the port or bus station if we report the method and time of arrival.

This truly charming medieval residence is set on a single floor plan in the quaint historical center of Ostuni at approximately 300m from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. It enjoys a stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, stretches of fragrant olive groves, winding mysterious passageways and pretty terraced rooftops. The house is entirely made of stone, all on one floor and decorated in a typical Apulian style with balcony and roof terrace with a view of the beautiful Adriatic.

Choose between looking out across the lush green plants on one side and the Rio Marin Canal from the other. The home is filled with vibrant colors with striking paintings and decorative rugs. It boasts a leafy private garden at the back. We can have 2 extra guests (total 8). Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

la Casina é immersa nel verde. Posto ideale per 2 persone che amano la tranquillità. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.
