Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 από τους ιδιοκτήτες Μανώλη και Βίκυ με πολύ γούστο και βρίσκεται στην πόλη Ρέθυμνο, στην περιοχή Καλλιθέα. Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Archontiko tis Irinis is a traditional house from the 19th century in the centre of Adele village, in a field full of trees and natural privacy. The antecedent mansion used to be inhabited by the Ottoman Empire and the Venetians and left behind beautiful touches all around property. The house offers an exhibition of bakery, kitchen and gardening tools that have been used in the Cretan traditional life.
