A former professional in the hospitality management business with an emphasis in the food & beverage aspect of this same world, Laurel Cottage was designed and constructed on an acre of private land on Johns Island to act as a sanctuary in which to live close to the island of Kiawah in which I was employed. Buddy's Cottage near everything in Beaufort, SC

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

Quiet, Secluded Getaway

Welcome to bird's chirping, frogs croaking, fresh eggs (should you find them), and peacefulness in our secluded apartment. Nestled behind our home of 2 ponds, and live oaks, you will instantly feel welcome and at ease. We have worked hard in the past few years to provide others with what we are so grateful for. Should you want your privacy or join me and my son out fishing on our small stocked ponds, you are welcome. Join us on a john boat ride through the marsh should desire. .

Welcome to Kiawah! This two bedroom, two bath villa offers lots of room for your family. Enjoy the porch, listen to the sounds of the ocean. Twisted Oaks is less than 100 yards from the beach. A short walk to the stunning new clubhouse on the newly renovated Cougar Point Golf Course. Kiawah Island offers 10 miles of beach to walk or cycle for hours without interruption. The beach is complemented by the river, lagoons, and marshlands, it is beautiful to visit all year round.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

“Tiny house” nestled on beautiful farm

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

Named for the oysters from Beaufort County, which are unique in flavor with a salty sweetness unrivaled by oysters from any other area. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open plan spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. Enjoy southern living on the front porch. EV car owners - we have 6 hour car chargers. The cottage is spacious for 4 guests.
