Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, ECT anywhere on/in the property. The studio apartment is ground level w/no stairs. Located in the detached duplex building from our main house. Sleeps up to 4 w/ 1 King sized bed & a single or double air mattress. Our personal Hot tub is available Sept1-May31 with a reservation. A short drive to I-75, Downtown Acworth, Bass Pro Shops, Publix, Red Top Mountain State Park, Lake Allatoona (not walkable), Butterfly pavilion & 9 miles from LakePoint Sports Complex.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats: Immy, Daisy, Briggs, and Stratton (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
