The apartment is on the grounds of our main family residence but is completely separate with it’s own private entrance, accessed through the garden gate. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac just over 5 minutes drive from York city centre and York Racecourse and we are also situated on a direct bus route to both city centre and racecourse. Guests can request a double bed or 2 small singles, as required (if no preference is given we will make up a double bed). Separate wet-room with w/c, power shower and sink.

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!

A beautiful, modern 5 bedroom Farm House, set in a semi-rural location within 10 minutes drive from the city walls. The house provides spacious accommodation both inside and out, with private gardens and free parking and is perfect for families or groups. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and lounge with french doors leading to the large garden and external seating area.
