Scappo in Umbria, Mevania Villa

The villa is surrounded by the Sagrantino hills, a few steps from the medieval village of Bevagna, located in the center of Umbria, few miles away to Assisi. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the most enchanting locations such as Perugia, Spoleto, Montefalco, Foligno, Gubbio, Spello, Trevi, Campello Sul Clitunno, Rasiglia, Norcia, Todi, Rome, Florence and many others. Casa Giada, Acera, rustico in montagna

Il mio alloggio è vicino a Spoleto e Campello sul Clitunno, a 972 mt/slm, è tra la valle Spoletina e la Valnerina. Se sei alla ricerca di relax e evasione dalla frenetica ruotine quotidiana sei nel posto giusto, perchè la cornice di intimità che troverai, con possibilità di passeggiate all'interno della natura libera e incontaminata la fanno da padrone. In più la possibiltà di visitare vicine città d'arte come Spoleto, tornando la sera nel silenzio che offre questo ambiente montano.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Casa Spagnoli

In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
