Old Mains Cottage

Old Mains Cottage is a traditional character dwelling that has been extensively modernised. Originally it was the laundry of the mansion house that once stood in the adjacent woods. The cottage stands in its own private grounds & is accessed via a private road. There are two dedicated parking spaces at the front of the property. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Easy drive North to Ballater and Braemar or regular buses, which stop at road end . Heated clothes dryer. External security and sensor lighting.

Seanchoille is a Beautiful Cottage right in the centre of Ballater. The perfect base to explore Royal Deeside. The recently renovated Cottage boasts a wood burning fire in the open plan family room which opens up onto the patio via French Doors. It also enjoys a separate living room with dining area and drinks table. Settle into the evening with a cosy fire, we provide a basket of logs to get you going on your first night but you way wish to bring more for the remainder of your stay.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Royal Deeside 1 Bedroom self-contained 'Bothy'

Self contained annexe in the heart of Royal Deeside. The 'bothy' is a 1 bedroom home attached to our converted farmhouse. Downstairs has a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/living area with sofa bed and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Our property has bike wash and storage.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

Wee hoose close to Ballater/Braemar/Cairngorms

Delightful 1850s detached cottage set in idyllic protected woodland on edge of Torphins village. The village has a pub, cafe, chinese takeaway and Scot Mid grocery store. There is a doctor, veterinary surgery, charity shop, golf club and excellent on the doorstep adventure for all levels. Torphins is ideally located between Deeside and Donside for access to the fishing and hunting with Cairngorm national park also within 10 minutes drive.

Woodside Cottage is a converted and renovated 4 bedroom detached house in Cairngorm National Park. Located only 5 miles from the Lecht Ski Resort and surrounded by beautiful mountains and hiking routes. Corgarff is the ideal location to experience the Scottish Highlands by sightseeing, hiking, skiing, exploring the whisky trail, fishing, bird watching or just relaxing by the fire with a good book and a wee dram. Antlers Cottage is a cosy cottage in the heart of the Glenmuick estate. It provides a convenient and homely base from which to explore Royal Deeside. The cottage has two double/twin bedrooms with a Bathroom, Kitchen, Sitting Room and Dining Room. The Sitting Room has a welcoming open fire, WiFi and a Digital TV with DVD player. The property is heated throughout and all linen, towels and logs are provided.
