A cheerfully colourful apartment right on the promenade. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The apartment has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. As the accommodation is very well equipped it is also suitable for longer stays. I happily welcome guests of all faiths, genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities.

Less then 5 minutes walk to the sea, marina, train station, shops, town, river, cycle route, football stadium, bars & restaurants. We will consider a family of 5, otherwise it is 4 guests maximum. There is a cleaning fee of £60 for third party bookings.

Cosy one bedroom flat with bedroom and bathroom located up a small flight of stairs. Downstairs has a small kitchen area with breakfast bar and small lounge seating area and tv. Bedroom has luxurious king size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Entirely your own private space in the centre of town. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.
