Cosy and comfortable traditional Welsh cottage with character. Built in the 1850's for quarry/railway workers the cottage is now fully modernised and in a quiet, relaxing location. There are amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife on the rivers and estuaries just a short walk from the cottage. The cottage is ideally situated for the beach and just a short walk to the high street for shops , takeaways, cinema, pubs and dining out. Tallylyn Pendre station is a short distance from the cottage

There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. This characterful cottage is oozing with charm but has modern day essentials such as WiFi and Sky TV. There is also a snug which serves as another livingroom/bedroom, perfect for older children or a couple.

There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

A single-storey detached property, our cottage is set back from the road in a quiet hamlet with views overlooking open farmland. Bounded by a stream, the cottage is comfortably furnished and offers a double bedroom, large fitted kitchen, shower room and a large living/dining room with sofa bed (small double). There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.
