This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

Only 7 miles from Stratford upon Avon it's everyone's idea of a perfect English country cottage . A real favourite with friends and family groups since it's in a central location and offers a variety of spaces . A huge cosy lounge diner with woodburner/open fire and with a long table which seats ten. There is also a bright sunny modern room which overlooks a colourful garden.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge which offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request (This must be requested when booking). The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.
